To avoid mistakes that cause shipping delay, please review your name and address carefully before sending order.
Dolls with NO FACE UP will ship in 3 business days after we receive your payment.
Dolls with FACE UP will ship in 7 business days or more (it depends how many face up work I have on hand) after we receive your payment.

Exchange for damaged or defective part:
We inspect and pack all our dolls carefully before shipping. If a part of the doll is damaged upon delivery, please contact us by email within 3 days from the day you receive your order.
We require the customer to send us back the damaged or defective part. When you send the damaged or defective part, please separate the part from the doll. DO NOT SEND BACK THE WHOLE DOLL. After we receive it, we will replace a new part for you and re-imburse your return shipping fee ( it may take longer time if we don't have the part in stock) .
Refund:
We only accept refund when the order has not yet been shipped. We will refund the whole amount but we are not responsible if Paypal imposes any refund charges to the customer.
Order that has been shipped out is not refundable.
